Universal Academy learning System encourages teachers to be facilitators who can create a favorable environment to facilitate the learning of children which bring Universal Academy in top 5 school in Dehradun.. Through various training workshop teachers develop a complete understanding of teaching methods, technology & psychology of children. They are then able to impart quality education while being fully aware of the background of the children.
Teacher empowerment is a process that engages teachers in taking ownership and action in their own growth and problem-solving capability.

Teacher’s Day 2019
“A good teacher can inspire hope, ignite the imagination and instill a love of learning”
On the occasion of Teacher’s Day 2019, DIT University of Dehradun, honoured the educationists for their immense contribution in the field of education and their role in shaping up the lives of our youth.
The Principal, Mrs. Rashmi Singh of Universal Academy was felicitated for her contribution in the field of education; she was awarded as an educator for her exemplary work in shaping life of the youth and guiding them for their future.

The dynamic Rotary Club, the first e-club in district 3080 felicitated the teachers in Dehradun for their contribution towards the nation building. The two teachers of Universal Academy Mrs. Mohini Rawat and Mrs. Harpreet Kaur were appreciated and acknowledged for their efforts and hard work the field of education. The President Mr. Vipul Dawar honoured the teachers for instilling true values in children’s impressionable minds.
